The CE-67NET is a versatile tool that encompasses several functionalities in a single equipment for testing the electrical system. This portable instrument, ideal both for the field and for the laboratory, is capable of publish and subscribe to GOOSE and Sampled Value messages of the IEC-61850 / IEC-61869 standards, in addition to allowing temporal synchronization through the PTP protocol (IEEE 1588).
This equipment was developed to perform network testing and diagnostics in digital substations based on the IEC-61850 / IEC-61869 standards. It has monitoring modes that capture the substation network traffic and analyze the packets that are circulating through it. In this way, the messages captured by the instrument make it possible to troubleshoot the network: performing statistical analyses, detecting problems and delays in packets, evaluating the synchronization of messages through the Grandmaster’s PTP packets, checking for lost or unsent messages, detecting the presence of orphans, and evaluating the overall performance of the substation process bus.
In addition to using the CE-67NET for network diagnostics, the instrument can be used for tests on protection relays using the Sampled Value (SV) and GOOSE protocols. In this scenario, the test set manages to publish SV messages with variable magnitudes in the module, phase angle, and frequency for the voltage and current outputs, which can be independently adjusted. In addition, the SV output signal is continuous and is not interrupted by changing the settings of the applied magnitudes. In this way, the equipment allows tests in both permanent and dynamic conditions, in addition to allowing the measurement of timing and monitoring functions captured by subscribing to GOOSE messages sent by the IEDs or by binary/analog inputs directly on the case.

The control of the test set is done through the software Conprove Test Center “CTC”. Network Diagnostic Software
Fully graphical software for communication network diagnostics, in its most current version, with user interface in Brazilian Portuguese. Fully compatible with the Test Unit and with the Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 operating system in 64bits. Is able to:
