The CE-6006 is a complete six-phase equipment for testing the electrical protection system. This portable instrument, ideal for both field and laboratory, is capable of testing / calibrating / gauging the most diverse types of relays, meters, transducers and power quality analyzer. Thus, the final calibration and calibration box.
It has high-precision six-phase current and voltage outputs for carrying out the most different tests. Being totally controlled by software (virtual instrumentation), allowing manual and automatic tests. It uses Digital Signal Processing (DSP) to create waveforms, allowing frequencies up to 3 KHz continuously.
With software solutions for testing the most different functions: Overcurrent, Differential, Distance, Directional, Negative Sequence, Over and Under Frequency, Over and Under Voltage, among others. With automatic creation of test reports and comparison with their characteristics in order to indicate whether the result is approved.
It provides high power for testing high-burden (high impedance) electromechanical relays, such as neutral electromechanical relays, without the need for additional hardware.
Performs IED’s tests with the IEC 61850 protocol receiving and sending GOOSE messages. Compares the times between traditional contact (rigid copper wiring) and sending the event via ethernet network via GOOSE msg. Allowing the testing of any protection function using GOOSE messages (IEC61850).
