How to test active, reactive or apparent power directional functions (32 / PDOP and PDUP) with software features that facilitate and automate the procedure?

This software performs automatic tests on directional power relays. Allows user to adjust power type and directionality.

The user can configure the tests by specifying which generation channels are routed for voltages and currents, can also enable Pre-Simulation 1 and 2 conditions and a Post-Simulation condition.

The tests performed are: Shooting Test, Search Test and Route Test. For all tests it is possible to visualize the waveforms, phasors and directionality regions.

In Shooting Test, the user specifies a power value, if this value is in the operating region, the relay must operate within a specified time, otherwise the relay must not operate.

In Search Test, the user specifies search lines in order to find the border of the non-operation region with the operation region.

In the Route Test, the user will create search lines where the three powers vary, thus allowing a more complete and accurate evaluation of the relay’s behavior.
