Conprove presents the CE-7012, a compact and high-performance tester developed to meet a wide range of testing needs in substation systems. It is a portable and microprocessed device, ideal for both field and laboratory applications, capable of performing tests and calibrations on electrical equipment at both primary and secondary levels.
At the primary level, the CE-7012 allows testing of current transformers (CTs), voltage transformers (VTs), switches, circuit breakers, disconnectors, grounding systems, and power transformers. At the secondary level, it is widely used for checking protection relays – whether electromechanical, static, or microprocessed – as well as for accurate verification of transducers and power quality analyzers.
The device features 6 current channels and 6 voltage channels, enabling a wide range of tests. Fully controlled by software (virtual instrumentation), the CE-7012 supports both manual and automatic tests, with digital signal processing (DSP), ensuring waveform generation at continuous frequencies of up to 3 kHz.
