[PT/EN] Hoje trazemos um dos artigos Conprove apresentados no XV STPC – Seminário Técnico de Proteção e Controle! O trabalho é intitulado “Estrutura das Disciplinas que Devem ser Agregadas na Formação de Técnicos e Engenheiros Dedicados à Proteção de Sistemas Elétricos”.
O objetivo do artigo é analisar as disciplinas ofertadas atualmente para formação dos engenheiros no Brasil, identificando os principais vetores que definem as mudanças tecnológicas que estão ocorrendo.
Além disso, são feitas sugestões de conteúdos de disciplinas para serem inseridos na grade existente, de modo que as universidades possam melhor contribuir na formação das equipes de proteção e automação com foco na engenharia, manutenção e operação.

Today we bring you one of the Conprove articles presented at the XV STPC – Protection and Control Technical Seminar! The work is entitled “Structure of Disciplines that Should be Added in the Training of Technicians and Engineers Dedicated to the Protection of Electrical Systems”.
The objective of the article is to analyze the subjects currently offered for training engineers in Brazil, identifying the main vectors that define the technological changes that are occurring.
In addition, suggestions for subject content are made to be inserted into the existing grid, so that universities can better contribute to the formation of protection and automation teams with a focus on engineering, maintenance and operation.
